About

I learnt to draw things at the age of 4 (as far as I can recall) and have always been interested in art. Now, I doodle and paint in both digital and traditional media. I am a self-taught designer with varying interests. I also write about design on a blog I run with my husband (not as frequently as I'd like to).Outside of work, I am a passionate cook and hobbyist baker, and a DIY girl.

I started Mountain alone as the only designer in 2019. As of June 2022, we're a fully remote team of 6, and are growing. We've worked with ~40 clients in IT services, Gaming, Fintech, Foodtech, E-commerce, Fashion, Health and Lifestyle domains.

2017 – 2018

I worked as the sole design owner at Streamoid, a Fashion AI startup. I built their design system from scratch and implemented it to design highly complex solutions for Cataloging, Fashion Search, Personalization and more.

I worked as the sole design owner of the Enterprise arm of PayU, India's leading Fintech company. I worked on their Payments, Dashboards and Merchant Engagement to solve problems like adoption, data visualisation and more.

I worked on E-commerce and Checkout problems for the PepperTap Android app. On marketing side, I worked on marketing collaterals and infographics for android app, social and print media.

I started my career as a Software Engineer with Tech Mahindra. My first job in design was at Handyland, a boutique design studio, where I first dabbled in design principles.
